Overall, the process took 6+ weeks, starting with a recruiter call.
- Recruiter call
- A week later, a call with the hiring manager that was highly technical, focusing on Networking and Linux.
- A week later, an on-site interview with 2 Sr. Managers and 4 Technical SREs, focusing on Linux, Networking, and Virtualization.
- 2.5 weeks later, a final phone interview with an Escalation Manager, covering all four pillars that Nutanix touches.
- 1.5 weeks later, the offer was extended.
Overall, the process was smooth, and the recruiter was very responsive in setting up the next rounds, providing updates, and offering prompt responses to my follow-ups. I'm very happy with the professionalism exhibited by the HR team. Kudos!

Pros: Very competent and professional people from lots of areas of expertise.
It's very much a place where everyone you talk to has knowledge to contribute.
Fantastic benefits. Going to a new doctor is always fun, as the desk person never seems to believe when you tell them that you will owe $0 every time.
Has done a pretty good job of trying to maintain humanity during growth, which is very hard for most organizations as they get large.
Cons: The culture is becoming a bit more corporate, in that people tend to become numbers. However, you can see that the higher-ups are generally aware of that and are attempting to keep that in check where possible.
