Process

The interview process consisted of the following rounds:

  • The first round was an HR phone screen (non-technical).
  • The second round was a phone screen with a technical member. They asked about my past and present experience, along with some behavioral questions.
  • The third round was a phone screen with the Hiring Manager (non-technical).
  • The fourth round was an onsite interview. A total of five people were scheduled for the onsite interview, with each person having a 45-minute time slot.

They asked mostly about past experience with technologies such as Linux, networking, and VMware. I do not have any storage experience, so they did not ask me any questions in that area. The same applied to VMware, but I did attend some online tutorials, so I know the basic fundamentals.

Overall, it was a good experience. All of the employees were nice and friendly.
