NVIDIA is not a political company, and it's great to work in an environment where everyone is pulling in the same, well-defined direction. NVIDIA recruits and retains some incredibly smart people, making it a place where it is a delight to work as part of a very able team.
The hours can be long; you are expected to be available to answer the flood of emails 24/7. That is part of being an aggressive organization. Provided you are able to manage the balance between work and life (which not all can), it is a rewarding environment to be part of and worth the effort.
