It was a screening interview with the Recruiter. The interviewee was a little over 10 minutes late.
Later, I was told by the interviewer that there was a technical interview. I'm not sure how many interviews there are until the end.

Cons: Orgs all had very disjoint tech, and engineers were constantly leaving. The business currently loses lots of money. They were laid off due to a lack of business stability.
