Oracle has somehow managed to acquire great engineers who, despite the lack of encouragement from the top, try to do their best. The projects are challenging!
If you think you need a computer to do your job, you are wrong. Equipping an engineer with a 3-4 year old computer is not uncommon. Productivity is never measured; quality is never measured.
