Oracle acquired my product many years ago. A couple years after that, the innovation stopped, and we are just milking the install base.
Benefits are good, and the work is not taxing. I spend my afternoons surfing and mountain biking.
Fusion comes knocking to all independent products. When that happens, the endless 2-year porting projects start. They are endless because the tech stack is dictated from the executive offices, and they change their minds about every 18 months.
Keep the paychecks coming. I need a new mono-shock for my bike.

Product Development
Candidates who qualified the first round of aptitude had a coding round. After this, very few candidates were selected for interviews. There were a total of four interviews: three technical and one HR.
