I was contacted by a recruiter to interview. I had two phone screenings and did not move on to the next round. I was told the next round would have been a Zoom interview, followed by a skills test, followed by another interview.

Awkward and non-conversational interviewers made it difficult to gauge how the interview was going. I felt that the questions were vague and didn't really make sense. There was a long wait time for the interview and to hear back.

I was contacted by a recruiter, and things moved pretty smoothly afterwards. The recruiter asked general background questions and I had to take a skills test, the score of which was forwarded to the manager. Maybe a day later, I received a call from
