Pros: 1. Very good about being transparent in all-hands meetings. 2. I'm trusted to direct my team technically; not micromanaged. 3. They weathered the pandemic fairly successfully. 4. Good people to work with. 5. Great benefits. 6. They have great employee acknowledgement programs and awards.

Cons: I'm sure they exist, but I can't think of any significant cons. I have worked in some really challenging environments, and this is not one of those.

Pros: Good management. Good work-life balance. Good people.

Cons: Need to come in 3 days.

Pros: solid engineering expertise adequate compensation friendly coworkers

Cons: Probably the worst office in the whole software engineering industry. I just don't see how things can be any worse. Open floor with desks set as densely as physically possible; engineering and non-engineering staff mixed together. Everybody is walking around, talking with each other or on the phone. The necessity of keeping noise and distractions down does not seem to cross anyone's mind. Yet the office attendance is mandatory. Every day is stress and loss of productivity.
