Process

The interview process began with a 1-hour online test on a programming website, followed by an on-site interview. There was no initial phone screen.

The test covered computer science fundamentals and consisted of a set of questions. Practicing the provided tests beforehand is highly recommended.

Candidates are required to sign an NDA before proceeding to the on-site interview.

One of the interviewers was very helpful, guiding me through problem-solving and answering questions related to the business. The other interviewer, while young and pleasant, adopted a condescending tone.

The company appears to be looking for candidates with a strong understanding of and experience in solving synchronization problems.
