Very good work/life balance. Health benefits are good. Some of the new groups have opportunities for growth. San Diego weather is awesome. If you want to join QCOM, look for groups working on emerging technologies.
Extremely challenging work environment with less career growth opportunities, especially for those working in very old departments at Qualcomm. Newer technology groups have good growth opportunities.
