Cons: Upper management were in mayhem and couldn't keep a lot of their promises. Lay offs were chaotic and many good people were unjustly fired.

Pros: Free food, good pay, nice office, and some good benefits that you'll also meet great people through.

Cons: - Teams feel like they are working against each other. - Since the Silverlake takeover, the stance on promotions has been company need and not employee readiness, which doesn't feel great. - Engineers are overworked; burnout is common, and people just disappear for days to have mental breakdowns. - Engineering teams are shrinking, and my team is now half of what it started with. - The company feels like it is in maintenance mode since the layoffs, but it is still asking for tons of features, resulting in too little butter on too much toast.
