I applied online through their careers portal. A recruiter reached out to me and scheduled the first round. The interview was scheduled for 15 minutes. It started with introductions, and then the interviewer was prepared to ask three questions and some follow-up questions to these.

Pros: - Everybody is nice.
- Everybody is very knowledgeable and tech savvy, and there's a lot to learn and a lot of room to progress and gain knowledge.
- A passion for technology.
- A very welcoming atmosphere, and they want the employee to improve in any way and on any path that he chooses.
Cons: * Relative to the market, average pay or less
* Not sure if it's a con, but older average age
* As a result of the previous point, I got the feeling of a lack of ambition from most people, who just want the relaxed job security.
