I applied online. The process took 2 months.
The recruiter I worked with was Nate Leslie. He was polite in the phone calls, but the follow-ups and conversations were very poor. There was a lot of thrashing in emails and correspondence, with long periods of silence and sudden follow-ups with fast requests to interview quickly.
There were times that the onsite required me to be in the office and then that was changed. The director-level interview was nothing like what the recruiter said it was. He was completely wrong.
There was no follow-up after the interview when results were not good, nor any feedback or suggestions. I did close to 6-7 rounds of interviews. How about a 15-minute phone call to tell me what happened and why Roblox did not go with me?
