Process
The interview process at Rubrik is one of the best in the industry. It was a great experience talking to the interviewers, who were very experienced and at the same time very humble.
The interviewers do not ask the standard DS/Algo hard-level questions from LeetCode and expect you to solve them in 20 minutes, like most other companies. Instead, the questions were more realistic problems they themselves have been solving at Rubrik.
This also gives you a sense of the kind of problems you will be working on at Rubrik.
The recruiters are also very polite and help you throughout the process.
Overall, a great experience.
