They have two phone interviews.
The first is a technical phone screen with various questions asked without much detail.
The second is a timed programming test where you are given a problem definition, sample input and output, and two hours to implement the program. You then have to submit the code.
After that, I was called for an onsite interview (four technical ones, one puzzle-solving, and one behavioral by the hiring manager).
Each tech interview is focused on a particular area, such as database queries, UI, or algorithms/data structures.
Puzzles were not that complicated.
