I was told there normally is a pre-screening interview, but since I went to a recruiting mixer, I skipped that step.

The final interview consists of three one-hour-long interviews, given by two employees at a time. I met with a Product Manager, a Director of Engineering, a few people who would become direct reports, and a Software Engineering Manager.

After the interviews, I took a tour of the floor I would be on and was escorted to the elevator lobby.

All the interviewers came prepared with my resume and questions they had for me.

Later that day, I was contacted by the recruiter.
