Pros

Ohana culture. Excellent work-life balance and ability to move around teams is a great perk to have.

Cons

Stingy about giving RSUs. There is no incentive for folks to stay at Salesforce if their compensation is falling behind.

Advice to Management

Please make sure your top talents have no reason to leave Salesforce by matching market rates.
