The interviewer handed me a test as soon as I walked in.
All the questions were very technical.
After 20 minutes, he took back the test and went over the answers. He asked me questions about how solid-state memory works.

Pros: Good products and technology; decent salary and stock options.
Cons: A very pushy but unreasonably pushy culture, sometimes in chaos. And in packaging R&D you are not respected by your big boss. He even abuses lousy words that shatter your self-esteem. I believe he can only do so in China because if it is in the West, he will be sued.
