Good products and technology; decent salary and stock options.
A very pushy but unreasonably pushy culture, sometimes in chaos. And in packaging R&D you are not respected by your big boss. He even abuses lousy words that shatter your self-esteem. I believe he can only do so in China because if it is in the West, he will be sued.
Be reasonable.
