Pros: Established process and pretty much everything on a predetermined track. Good people to work with, and finding mentors is not hard.

Cons: If you are looking for a more dynamic place, this isn't the one.

Pros: Working with some brilliant minds. Good compensation package. Great facilities, gym, sand court, free classes.

Cons: Bad work-life balance. Benefits got worse after the acquisition. Short-visioned management. Now playing the catch-up game.

Pros: Provides the latest and good development tools. Learning is fast.

Cons: Too narrow domain. Difficult to get employment outside with the skill sets that you learn at Sandisk (in case you wish to change). High work pressure compared to the compensation. No travel and no training opportunities.
