Pros: Good facilities and good perks in terms of food, transport, and relocation. They follow good HR practices and offer plenty of scope to learn new technologies.
Cons: The hierarchical structure and long, awaiting process make it harder for employees to get the actual condition of their work.

Pros: Generally a good environment, free of many of the big issues from other companies. We have sane work hours, and management is generally OK (and sometimes good). Proven job security.
Cons: For technologists, it might be a career dead end, as many of the technologies used are proprietary (this is less severe in a few teams).
It has the problems of large organizations, like a massive lack of agility and decisions taken high above in the corporate hierarchy often having a huge impact on your daily job.
