Benefits of kindness, health, and transport.
Slow career progress at times, compared to other companies.
It took me two weeks to get hired. First, I had a phone interview. After three days, I was asked to go for a technical written exam at their office. Following that, I had a two-hour on-site, face-to-face technical interview.
Applied online and had an interview on campus. I had to write code on a laptop and make it compile. After I was done with the code, the interviewer checked it. It was all technical questions with a few soft skill questions.
The process is very simple. I think that they want to hire good university graduates. The process is as follows: 1. Resume screening 2. Onsite interview 3. HR interview 4. Offer and negotiation I got an offer! :)
