Process
There was an interesting tech screen, and there was decent prep by the recruiter. The final round had a lot of interviews. It was a mixed experience overall, with some interviewers seeming distracted and disorganized. I appear to have been ghosted after completing the final round about a week ago. There was no word either way, despite reaching out to the recruiting coordinator. There was no debrief after the interview either.

Pros: High company growth, lots of interesting things, and good people on the ground.
Cons: It is super hectic, and you are only building cool stuff if you can make time for it, which is not always going to pay you unless you fight for it.

Pros: They are the picks and shovels of AI data, which means that you can see what everyone else is actually doing with AI. Amazing marketing and connections in the industry.
Cons: Terrible turnover and work life balance. Management is not leadership. They are there to give you overwhelming orders and change your priorities. That is why one of their core values is "Run through walls". Their strategy is to chase every shiny object in AI and rebrand their data labeling capabilities around that. Advancement is not based on abilities and performance versus becoming part of the inner circle who are only in it for themselves. And now the Govt is a HUGE focus of their business, so make sure that you are ok with that.
