Call with a recruiter, an online tech screen on a well-known coding interview platform, and then a meeting with the hiring manager.
Then some more rounds if you make it past this.
The tech screening is probably the worst I've taken part in - not hard, just a bad experience.
For the tech screen, you jump on a call and are told to answer some questions that have a super long description in a very short space of time. Just make sure you code quickly. They don't even seem interested in thought processes or communication.
