Process
Multiple technical rounds and one round is behavioral. The questions are definitely different from other new grad interviews, and are not LeetCode heavy. I think I only used LC skills for one technical round. However, the questions are very implementation heavy and require you to be able to think and code fast. Practical skills are tested over useless algorithm knowledge.

Code a lot of simple things fast, or go through a practical and difficult exercise, as well as a system design question.
