Pros

Good office premises.

AI Adoption

Used to be employee-friendly, not anymore.

Cons

Silent firings & forceful PIPs - feels like HRs have been given a free hand to fire people.

Micromanagement - Management doesn't even care to talk respectfully to their employees.

No work-life balance - Management treats employees as robots. Giving 12 hours everyday isn't sufficient to complete the work.

Hell of a lot of pressure.

Less pay compared to peers.

Recently hiring unfit candidates through - Feels like managers have an internal setup to hire their relatives who are unfit for the role.

Advice to Management

Offering employees shares is not a license to exploit them. Equity should represent trust, ownership, and shared success — not an excuse for overwork or unreasonable demands.
