Great people – my team & manager are amazing. Excellent pay and benefits. Work/life balance has been very good. They have a number of well-being holidays per year. They take inclusion and diversity seriously and encourage everyone to be their authentic selves. Coming from a more conservative company/industry, it's been very refreshing.
Everything is done within the ServiceNow platform, so much of what you do here as an engineer is proprietary to ServiceNow.
If you're working on Platform, you'll be doing more hands-on coding in traditional languages, but on application teams, you're using the SN platform to build apps.
