First call for arrangement, then two interviews - first one with managers and HR, second with direct supervisor, colleagues (usually 2 people will sit with you).

Technical questions are quite brief - there were no difficult coding. But you will need to know your requirements: for example, if you need C#, you won't make it with knowledge of C++ only.

Second part is your personality - how do you deal with conflict, what are your weak sides... another weak side... another one?

Overall, people there are friendly and when I attended as one interviewer, I saw that the worst enemy is your stress, so keep it cool.
