This review is solely based on the Mount Vernon, OH campus and does not reflect Siemens Energy as a whole. Since the former company (Rolls-Royce) was taken over by Siemens, people seem to have hope for the future.
The "old" management still runs the Mount Vernon campus.
This is not good, as the bad habits and "clicks" that were formed during the Rolls-Royce regime are still in place. We are too far away from the mother-ship to be influenced.
Of course, this is just my opinion.
Turn this ship before it becomes another Titanic.
Standard questions from HR, such as, "What are your greatest weaknesses?" The technical interview was very simple, mostly asking about my past work history. There was not a battery of technical questions to quiz you. It mostly relied on your confide
1. Phone Screening 2. Technical interview: I was asked what programming language I preferred. Then, I was provided with code in that language and asked to walk through it step by step, explaining the output and how it works.
The interview was mixed, with both technical and behavioral questions. Technical questions covered testing concepts, Java, automation tools, and test frameworks. Behavioral questions included topics like challenging situations and how you faced them
