A business with potential
The Aero-derivative Gas Turbine business in Mount Vernon was acquired by Siemens in Dec 2014. Since then, things have only looked up. There has been more clarity in the company's direction, investment, and more accountability to get things done. Employees, including myself, seem to be happier than they were ever before, even though business intake has been low.
Many C grade players still remaining, who talk much but don't contribute enough with their actions.
Reorganizations are taking a long time to settle down, order intake is affected by the market downturn, and not much is being done.

Make sure that hiring decisions are made very, very carefully.
