I was contacted by a Slalom recruiter on LinkedIn and went back and forth over LinkedIn and the phone for a few weeks before a convenient time to meet opened up.

After that, I had several conversations with various people from Slalom, including many face-to-face conversations over coffee or at happy hour, and one formal/technical video chat interview. I also did a short HackerRank test.

Overall, the experience was highly conversational and was more about cultural fit with the company than anything else. One of the most positive interview experiences I've had.
