Exec leadership has turned over and is terrible. There is really no guidance in this company anymore. Most of the new upper management come from Dave.com and have provided almost nothing new or worthy of praise. Most benefits have been removed or degraded. Promotions are a thing of the past. Raises are miniscule. Not sure why I am still working here.
Hire better leaders that actually lead. Create incentives. Invigorate engineers. Or just sell the company asap. No one wants to do anything if the company is a stagnant pile of tech debt trash.
