Only reached the second stage.
First stage interview is a quick one-to-one with a recruiter to gauge your previous experience and you as a person. My particular recruiter was very helpful and offered advice at the end of our session going forward.
Second stage is a pair programming coding exercise where you will be given a function/method and associated tests. You must implement the function to pass the tests. The exercises/requirements then scale, adding more difficulty. The coding exercise can be completed in any language of choice (and preference to idiomatic programming). Again, the engineer associated with the interview was helpful and nice, and I couldn't fault the process.
I was informed by phone that I wasn't successful, which is a nice touch (I expected a generic email), and the recruiter was candid but constructive with his feedback. Overall, a very professional experience.
