I loved the fact that they don't ask silly LC (LeetCode) questions. This sets an example for the rest of the tech industry on how to conduct a good, practical interview process.
All the interviewers were friendly. The recruiter was responsive and got back quickly. I loved the process overall.

Phone Screen: Easy Array-based question
Onsite: 4 rounds
- LeetCode easy-ish question.
- Bug squash: Find a bug in an open-source library.
- Integration: Make a REST API call and compare the response with a JSON file.
- System Design, Manager: Standard.

Great Company - Growing Pains Galore

Pros: A great company that seems to truly care for its employees. They take feedback seriously (at least from engineers, others less so) and put plans into action when there are complaints about friction. Great pay, great benefits.
Cons: Significant growing pains trying to migrate tech debt into something that scales better globally.
Too much process, bureaucracy, and politics creeping in, although it is inevitable.
Work/life balance is kind of low as there is constant pressure to deliver and show your impact.
