Process
Applied online and was invited to do an online coding test. Compared to most other companies, this focused much more on general engineering skills and less on algorithms and data structures.
Then I was invited to do a phone interview, which lasted an hour. During the interview, a few personal questions and a long coding question were asked. Again, there was little focus on efficiency and more on getting things working.
