Amazing place to work. Benefits are great. Work-life balance is too good.
Unlimited sick days, social activities are awesome, work culture is pretty awesome, and there's job security.
None that I know of.
I interviewed with three people. All questions asked were in the form of S.T.A.R. questions (Situation, Task, Action, Result). A couple of days before the interview, I found a bunch of STAR questions online and then picked out three to five stories
I was called for a phone screen. The second round involved four people. * The first person asked high-level system design questions. * The second person was very rude. When I mentioned a framework he didn't know, he became frustrated and upset.
I enjoyed all the conversations I had. The interviewers were well-prepared and had reasonable expectations for the interview. It felt like a good use of time, though it was a multi-step process.
