Process
Campus recruiters weed you out based on appearance – it's either a yes or no.
They will schedule an interview on campus and send two store managers to conduct it.
You will then interview with the district manager.
Next up is a phone or video interview with the Group VP.
If you pass, you will be contacted by Group HR to discuss salary.
They will act like it's not negotiable, but it is. I was about to negotiate a $9,000 increase just by mentioning another offer.
