Pros: Management knowledge is instilled upon you in a bootcamp-style shift work format. You will learn how to manage a business, if nothing else.
Cons: Too many to count. I had to fire someone on my third day. I was hazed by the STL and my colleague ETLs and was told I was terrible at being a leader repeatedly every day since day 1. I was degraded daily and made to cry through breakdown interrogation tactics.
