Pros: The store discount was nice.
Cons: Having to lie to my hourly team members constantly about how much Target "cares about them." Target doesn't care. Target's goal is to have as few full-time team members as possible.
Hours were crazy; I hardly saw my family.

Pros: Salary, benefits, and you get what you put in from an effort and willingness to improve standpoint.
Cons: Your career really depends on the quality of your STL and how they develop you.
Visits by GVPs generally make or break how your store is viewed.
If DTLs don't hold STLs accountable, then it really inhibits ETL ability to improve and succeed.
