I worked for two years. A lot has to do with the store you're in. I was in three different stores.
Great culture for the most part and great people to work with. If you can put in the hours and do everything that is asked of you, then you can easily make close to six figures with this company.
The workload, expectations, anywhere from 10-14 hour days. If they know you want to move up, they will work you like a dog and say "it's for your development." Working every other weekend, holidays. You have Thanksgiving off, but then have to be in at 12 AM for Black Friday. The company keeps cutting payroll, which at the end makes even more work for the people on salary. Morning shift for my store was 6 AM to 4 PM, and closing was 3 PM to 12 AM.
Do more to let the ETLs and STLs have work/life balance. Working 55+ hours is kinda absurd.
I was hired through an internship. The interview process evaluated my performance during my internship. I also worked on a project and presented my research at the end of my internship to the top executives.
3-round interview process ending with the District Manager.
Normal process with a normal question. Try to show your personality and be fast, fun, and friendly.
