- Got to volunteer for the community
- Met a lot of new people
- Often times, busy work was assigned.
- Some employee leaders were always busy, so they did not make time for interns.
- It was unfair; some interns had to work closing shifts while others were let off because they "didn't want to."
- Very obvious favoritism was present.
