I happened to know someone whose sister was the recruiter for my area. I applied through her and had my first interview over the phone. Then, I had a following two interviews within a month or so.

My phone screen, which lasted about 15 minutes, had a connection that kept dropping. I was surprised the interviewer didn't suggest rescheduling the interview, as it was very difficult to hear the questions being asked.
