Process

Normal HR screening, then an online assessment.

However, between these two events, the interview process was frozen due to hiring freezes and then unfrozen just five days later. This indicates management really doesn't know what they want. It's not a good look. I would not interview with them again.

5 programming questions.

The first 4 should take under 15-20 minutes.

The 5th was more about a mathematical concept than code, which they tried to explain using array notation.
