I applied twice before for this role. On the second application, the interview process was confusing. I had to re-interview with another Talent Acquisition specialist because the previous one had resigned. I mean, doesn't your team keep my interview results?

They also sent me an email about other candidates who were not qualified. They stated they were no longer accepting candidates and slowing down the hiring process, but I saw on the job portal that they were still actively hiring.

1. User Interview 1 (Team Lead, Layer 1):

• How I fix problems with internal and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with product listings
• Metrics used

1. User Interview 2 (Team Lead, Layer 2 - ASEAN Region Team):

• Self-introduction
• My experience
• How I fix problems
• How I measure team success
• How I measure project effectiveness
• How I solve grey area problems
• The rest: she asked similar questions repeatedly 😅. This leader supposedly can make conclusions from several examples I've explained, demonstrating my abilities, skills, and how I overcome pressure. However, she kept asking similar questions, extending the 30-minute interview to 60 minutes.
