Great benefits, decent salary, and good material and perks for working from home. Brand new offices. All perks that other IT and social media companies can offer in Dublin.
An easy interview, especially if you have a good background in content review.
Not a friendly environment. Depending on your field, opportunities are not that many.
A boring and unrewarding job.
Silly policies.
A quality analyst is just content review, nothing else. Plus, the alignment within the team is difficult. We faced a lot of mistakes and errors.
Managers are nowhere to be seen. Some team leaders are great, some are just not good at all. I have seen bullying happening on group chat, colleagues being rude and impatient. We have no possibility to speak up.
I left because I raised many cases of suspected child abuse and molestation, but I've been told by MPoC to only close down the account. No escalation is possible to the CSE department. The work doesn't have any meaningful purpose.
Good if you are young and not bothered by watching silly videos and catching all the nipples on every video. Policies don't make sense.
Plus, if you join now, the salary is lower than the people who joined in 2020.
