- The product is really complex, so at the beginning, you will feel terrible and disoriented (this is normal).
The company is growing from a startup to a more consolidated company, which is normal and expected. If you love the startup environment, seeing these kinds of changes is not for everyone, to be honest.
The high rotation makes it hard to grow.
Things not planned correctly can abruptly produce distrust in people who do not know how to deal with changes.
