Test Engineer Interview Experience

Process

I applied for a role online and, within a few weeks, received an email from a recruiter. After a half-hour conversation, they said they would circle back after speaking with the Hiring Manager. A couple of days later, I was told the manager wanted to talk to me, and I provided my availability.

After that... crickets. I was ghosted. (I truly hope the person is fine and there weren't emergencies on their end.)

Several emails and a couple of calls all went unanswered. Neither the recruiter nor the Hiring Manager responded.

The irony is that the recruiter put so much emphasis on culture, but I ended up feeling this was handled in an utterly unprofessional manner by Uber.
