The company has great benefits, more than any other company that I've worked for.
At the time of leaving the company, I was half the time in the office and the other half remotely. But it seemed that it was moving towards a fully on-site setting.
Go fully remote. It makes no sense to work in an office when all the data points to a more efficient employee in a remote setting.
Coding Interview using the CodeSignal tool. The requirement was to make the code compile/run and pass some tests the interviewer wrote in the tool. The tool didn't handle pytest very well, so I ran the tests using print statements.
There were a total of 6 rounds, as follows: - OA: Easy to medium. - 2 DSA: LeetCode-style, easy to medium. - 1 LLD: Mostly focused on patterns. - 1 HLD: Designing a payment gateway, difficult. - Managerial.
The onsite interview had 5 rounds, with 2 being behavioral. The hiring manager grilled me on things I don't know and haven't done. Interviewers for the coding rounds muted themselves the entire time. Some interviewers were rude.
