I interviewed at Via for the TLV site.

I had 3 interviews with the TL and another developer from the team.

After the 3rd interview, the HR called me and said that they were really impressed with me and wanted to continue to the final stages.

An HR interview was scheduled for the next day, and after the HR interview, I had the last interview with the group manager for half an hour, which was just small talk to introduce each other.

Meanwhile, I was told by the HR to give a list of two people to recommend me for the job.

I waited for 3 days and after I understood from my recommenders that no one had contacted them, I decided to call the recruiter.

She told me that they tried to call me (no calls were received...) but they decided not to go through with me.

I was really surprised since I thought I did really well throughout the process, and this was also the feedback I got from the recruiters.

I asked for the reason for their decision and got no real answer. I was expecting to get a minimal explanation after going through such a long process.

Eventually, I'm glad I don't work there. This is no way to treat candidates.
