Good moral business ethics, process-oriented, great gender and other equality initiatives. Started to recruit more college grads and younger professionals to plan for the future.
The pay and benefits are competitive but not great. The recruitment process is way too slow and unresponsive. Some processes can become a hindrance to effective work. Along with getting newer blood, Visa should also take more care of its old-timers. Only talent and hard work should matter. Teams should work more closely with each other.
Take what's good, make it better, and try to work on the cons.
Keep the employees more engaged!
I had one phone screen with a recruiter, then I had one technical interview with LeetCode and a bunch of trivia questions, which was extremely unexpected. I did not move on past that first technical interview.
Fill in the table and forms online, and then wait for an email stating that I need to take an online test. There were 10 multiple-selection questions and 3 algorithm questions. The first question was about bit computing. It presented a number and ask
I applied online and the recruiter reached out within a few days. I wrote a prompt on why I wanted to work at Visa. The process took one week from the recruiter to the virtual interview. The interview was laid-back, with not much time for behavior
